JobVision consists of two parts, the program, and the data. The data is stored in a file called callTrac_be.mdb which is located in the c:\Program Files\JobVision\Data\ directory. Carefully copy this file to a zip directory, floppy disk, zip disk or CDRW regularly to back up your work. Make sure you do this on a regular basis.
